ARUGULA Grow during cooler part of season. Needs moisture and well drained soil. Resow every two or three weaks for a steady supply. Harvest leaves no larger than 6 inches long and at pale green state. 7 to 14 days to germinate and 35 days to harvest. Are tastiest under height of 6 inches but will grow to 2 feet tall.
